Ward Anthony Gebhart, 42, passed away on August 8, 2021.
Receiving his GED after going to Hackettstown High School and attending Northampton Community College with a major in Broadcasting, Ward was a lover of the creative arts.
His charismatic demeanor and contagious laughter always filled a captivated room. His knack for storytelling and his love of music and cinema inspired him to draft inventive screenplays with intentions for the silver screen. Ward was often seen with a camera in his hand and a story in his head that he wanted to adapt for audiences to enjoy. He was a skilled musician on the drums as well as the guitar; participating in a handful of local bands. He was always loaded with a joke or anecdote to entertain a crowd.
Fond of his days as a Florida resident, Ward was a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan but his love for the NCAA Florida Gators was unrivaled.
Ward is predeceased by his father, Edward C. Gebhart as well as his mother, Diane Leonard. He is survived by his son Asher Gebhart, ex-wife Jennifer Kloetzli, his siblings Charles Gebhart, Charles Keiper, Elizabeth Gebhart-Ragavanis and Nicholas Gebhart as well as his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and their children.
The events leading up to Ward's untimely death were tragic but his family and loved ones wish nothing but peace in this next transition.
